Do you need to carry out a geometry setting before welding your parts?

FTS is able to study and produce stationary or on-board tools for setting the geometry of parts before assembly.

FTS, through its long experience in grips and geometry tools, is able to offer mechanical studies taking into account the tolerances of customer parts. The studies are done on Solidworks or on Catia. The assembly will be regulated or theoretical using our three-dimensional control means.

Positioning is a key element in robotics. FTS designs and manufactures tools to position your parts before welding. The tools can be embedded in the robot (gripper) or fixed (tooling). We guarantee the positioning of the parts relative to each other and their repeatability.
